The Italian Language Courses for Hospitality are designed for Hotel employees, including executive and management staff, clerks, trainees and students interested in hotel related activities for study or professional reasons.
The aim is to help people to communicate confidently in an Italian speaking hotel environment by teaching the relevant vocabulary and developing the necessary practical language skills.
Course objectives
In addition to the eventual topics of specific interest for the student the course deals with hotel practices and professions, client handling, check-in and out routines, customer and public relations, security and emergencies.
Course features
This course is normally run in connjunction with a Standard Italian language course (20 lessons/week) and is combined with one or two individual lessons in the afternoon. They are also available as individual instruction and as one-week programme for closed groups. Specialised materials developed for the programme

- Course length: minimum 2 weeks
- Monday to Friday between 8.45 and 17.30 (depending on level)
- Levels: from Intermediate to Proficiency
- Group size: min 4 max 12 students
- Starting dates: beginners every two weeks - non-beginners any Monday
