By attending these programmes, you will be able to immerse yourself completely in the Italian language and culture, and possibly reach a level of near fluency in Italian if you study intensively. Many of those who take them finish their course by sitting an internationally recognised Italian exam like CELI, CIC or CILS, meaningful to employers and Academic Institutions worldwide.
The minimum period of study is 8 months and students may need to apply for a long stay study visa (from 32 up to 48 weeks): as required by the Italian Consular Authorities, the study programme involves 80 lessons/month and the study fee is very competitive.
These courses have the same schedule and programme as the General Italian group courses. They are organized in two parts, each with a devoted teacher. The first part is composed of two lessons in a standard course; the second part is composed of two additional lessons focused on grammar, vocabulary and conversation.
These courses meet the requirements for a Study Visa.
