Basic Italian cuisine hands-on cooking course
The MeatLab Basic Italian Cuisine Hands-on Cooking Courses are organized in cooperation with the famous Culinary Art Laboratory “Arte del Convivio“ and are designed for students who wish to experience how to prepare, cook and consume famous Italian meat based dishes.
These Italian cuisine cooking courses have a minimum duration of one week and are made of two parts: the first part consists of two lessons/day in a regular Italian group course + 2 or 3 one-to-one lessons/week on the vocabulary of cuisine and cooking; the second part consists of 2 or 3 food preparation, cooking and consuming sessions under the guidance of expert professional cooks, after which students will have lunch or dinner with the food they prepared.
Each cooking session lasts about 3 hours.

Course features
- 2 or 3 cooking sessions/week
- 10 Italian language lessons in a group + 2 or 3 one-to-one vocabulary lessons/week
- Monday to Friday between 8.45 and 21.30 (depending on the level)
- Levels: all (A basic, B intermediate, C advanced)
- Group size: average 7 students (min 4, max 12)
- Each cooking session: 3 hours
- Starting dates: the first and third Monday of the month
